Phosphex™ mines, processes and supplies industrial and fertilizer minerals. Rock phosphate and its derivatives are our deepest line, with three further mineral lines alongside it. We contract on specification, we certify at origin, and we deliver to customers worldwide — carrying the material through to the plant gate.
What we do
Built on the material.
Phosphex™ is organised around minerals rather than around transactions. We hold positions at producing concessions, put material through beneficiation where required, and deliver it under a specification our buyers can plan around.
Phosphate is where the depth is, and where our downstream programme runs. The three lines alongside it draw on the same concessions, the same ports and, in most cases, the same buyers.
Origin
Positions at producing concessions, with the source of every cargo recorded. That is what holds grade steady across repeat shipments.
Processing
Beneficiation to contracted grade and moisture, and a downstream programme taking phosphate rock through to acid and granulated product.
Certification
Every cargo is analysed by an internationally accredited agency at the load port and ships with a Certificate of Analysis against the contracted specification.

Flagship line
Phosphate & Derivatives
Rock phosphate from 60 to 72% BPL, and the chain that follows it — phosphoric acid, DAP, MAP, TSP, SSP, feed phosphates, and purified acid for LFP battery material.

Industrial Minerals
Limestone, gypsum, silica sand, barite and feldspar for cement, glass, ceramics and drilling. Specified on particle size and purity as closely as on chemistry.
Fertilizer Minerals
Potash, sulphur and urea feedstock, supplied to the same producers who take our rock — which lets us structure across a blend rather than a single line item.
Construction Minerals
Cement inputs, clinker, aggregates and dimension stone, into infrastructure and reconstruction programmes across the region.

Washing, drying and sizing to the contracted moisture and grade at the plant serving the concession.
Processing
Conversion of phosphate rock into acid and granulated product through our downstream programme.
Certification & shipment
Independent sampling and analysis at the load port, then a document set prepared to letter-of-credit standard.
